Meet Our Staff

wendyWendy G. Arsenault, DVM

Dr. Arsenault is a 1999 graduate of North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She completed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at the University of Illinois in 2000 and residency in cardiology at Texas A&M University in 2003. Dr. Arsenault became a board certified Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine, specialty of Cardiology in 2003 and has been in private practice in southwest Florida since that time.

In her free time, Dr. Arsenault enjoys boating, watching Everblades hockey and spending time with her husband, two boys, and two Rhodesian ridgebacks.

Cami, Office Manager,
Veterinary technician


Cami is originally from Florida but has lived all over the world while in the United States Air Force. She received her Associates of Science degree in Electronics and is currently enrolled in the School of Engineering at Florida Gulf Coast University, majoring in Computer Science. Her “babies” include a 4-year-old kitty, Pia, and a 1-year-old spotted tabby, Pepper. Cami joined SFVS in January 2007.

 

KirstenKirsten, Veterinary technician

Kirsten graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 2001 with dual Bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Marine Science. She previously worked in general veterinary practice for 4 years and an animal shelter for 2 years. Kirsten is originally from New Jersey and moved to SW Florida in 2007 to pursue her goal of becoming a veterinarian. She is hoping to attend the University of Florida’s College of Veterinary Medicine next fall. Her hobbies include crocheting, making jewelry, yoga, and reading. She is also the proud “mom” of Oberon, an 8-year-old Husky, and Champ, a 9-year-old Miniature Pinscher. Kirsten has been with SFVS since June 2007.

 

yukoYuko, Veterinary technician

Yuko earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychobiology, with an emphasis on Neurosciences, from Florida Atlantic University in 2006. Over the last 6 years she has worked in emergency and general veterinary practice, and an animal shelter. Yuko is originally from California. She joined the United States Air Force and worked as a Health Services Manager for the 42nd Medical Squadron for four years. She moved to Naples six years ago with her husband. Yuko has been with SFVS since June 2007

 

BeverlyBeverly, Veterinary receptionist

Beverly is originally from Kentucky, but moved to Cape Coral in 2002. She has previous work experience in retail and general veterinary practice. She and her husband share their home with their 1 ½ year old Yorkie, Snickers. She enjoys walking, jogging, scrapbooking, playing with her dog, tennis, biking and going to the beach. Beverly has a special interest in dog behavior and is currently enrolled in a class for dog obedience/instruction. Beverly has been with SFVS since April 2008.
